The transition from the fixed structures and framework conditions of school to the independent organization of a degree course is not easy for many students. Especially as many are also living alone or in a shared flat for the first time and have to take care of their finances and everyday organization alongside their studies. Good self-management can help you to work out and achieve your professional and private goals. In addition to acquiring specialist knowledge, studying is primarily about efficient working methods, self-organization and establishing helpful everyday and work routines. A good design of learning processes can help you to stay motivated for your subject, enjoy your time at university and stay healthy in the long term. In Würzburg, there are several contact points that can help you improve your self-management.
