Students are sometimes exposed to a variety of stresses. In addition to lectures, studying and homework, you have to maintain social contacts, manage a part-time job and/or look after relatives. Sometimes so many things come together that you experience a high level of stress and a feeling of mental strain. It is not uncommon for physical symptoms such as headaches and sleep disorders to occur.
If you feel stressed and burdened over a longer period of time, you should address the issue. Würzburg has many places to go to help you deal better with stress and mental strain and develop your self-care skills.
